Worship

Elders:  John Bliley & Ann Margaret McClarey

The Worship Team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate worship of Tyger River. This Team will meet monthly for worship, prayer and oversight of the worship and music of our church. The objectives of the team include: Coordinate the Usher Guild, Coordinate the Altar Guild which includes overseeing the worship space including flowers, cleaning communion items, cleaning brass items, making sure worship space is neat and orderly, Coordinating Communion elements, Coordinating Children’s sermons, Making sure Opening/Closing Elders schedule is filled.We will be led by the Spirit to reach all those that come to Tyger River seeking a worship experience.

Goals for the Worship Team

• Once per quarter to have a more non-traditional service.
• Continue to have lay people involved with the liturgy each Sunday.
• Implement new Sunday morning service called “Java for Jesus”
• Coordinate placement of new organ for sanctuary sound room for speakers, running speaker wires, installation of console
